Oregon published its noncompliant producer list. Here is what that signals

Oregon did something polite regulators rarely do: it published names. Roughly 300 producers appear on its noncompliance list, and the list is public.

Two things follow. First, states share data through the PRO, so a gap in Oregon is visible elsewhere. Second, the list is the cheap warning. The expensive one arrives as a fee assessment or an enforcement letter.

If your brand sells packaged goods into Oregon and you have not filed, the fix is not a memo. It is a data cleanup: SKUs, components, weights, volumes. Get the table right and the filing is an afternoon.
